Bun Cha/ Grilled Pork Noodle: 3$
In Central and Southern Vietnam, we also have a similar dish with grilled pork and vermicelli called Bun Thit Nuong. But as soon as I discovered Bun Cha, it has become my favorite dish in Hanoi. Rather than serving all in one bowl, Bun cha is served with a separate bowl of dipping sauce with grilled pork, and a platter of fresh greens and vermicelli.


Grilled Pork with rice noodle
Ingredients
• 500gr of pork minced
• 500gr noodle
• Asian Shalot, Garlic, Chili
• Sugar, fish sauce, salt, Lime
• Herbs: lettuce, corriander, mint, lemon mint, purple mint, etc.
Preparation and Cook
• Marinated the pork with choped shalot, sugar, fish sauce and litle bit of salt in 15 minutes
• Fried the pork with medium fire for 10 minutes
• Make the deeping sauce: 1tbs of fish sauce, 1tbs of sugar, 1tbs of lime and 5 time of hot water (addition choped garlic and chili)
• Serve hot, enjoy!
